THE MARINA | EFYCC

This sheltered marina is located on one of the largest expanses of the river (nearly 2.5 miles across) and faces due west, making for incredible sunsets. Epping-Forest Yacht & Country Club is convenient to many Jacksonville landmarks, and boasts the finest sailing waters on the St. Johns River.

Today EFYCC is hailing port for some of the finest and most traveled yachts in northeast Florida. All Members are invited to participate in regular cruises to Jekyll Island, Georgia, Fernandina, St. Augustine, The Florida Keys, South West Florida via Lake Okeechobee, the Bahamas and beyond.

Members can relax on the Mariner's Deck, sipping a cocktail, or they can accompany their guests to dinner after a day out on the water. Don't forget the array of activities for the Fleet including cruises, small boat sailing and paddle sports instruction and the area's finest regattas that fill the calendar year-round. Marina access and transients slips are available for members, their guests and reciprocal club members. • Youth Sailing
    • AFTER SCHOOL SAILING AND AQUATIC ACTIVITIES
AT EPPING FOREST YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB

Youth sailing activities focus on teaching children and teens to sail and enjoy wholesome physical activity on the wide St. Johns River. More advanced programs for accomplished sailors and competitive racing are also conducted and private instruction may be arranged. The club maintains a fleet of International Optimist Prams, Lasers, and Club 420 high performance boats in the youth programs.

Supervised youth sailing programs are offered year round. After-School and Summer Aquatics Camp programs are offered during the school year and Summer Break. During the summer, week long Aquatics Camps are offered in June and July. Programs are offered for specific age groups and/or skill levels so children of similar size and maturity can enjoy both the physical and social aspects of Sailing, Paddle Sports, Boating and Fishing.

Participation in each session is limited to a number that allows all children significant time on the water. The child’s parent or guardian must verify the child is capable of swimming unassisted and a signed Waiver of Liability must also be on file for each child for each session.

Contact Keith at (904) 739-7150 or kkeller@efyc.com for more information.
