Susan was born in Troy, Alabama and moved to Florida when she was 7 years old. Susan graduated from Orange Park High School and during school worked for a local restaurant for which she was the hostess and eventually moved up to store manager. She attended St. Johns River Community College for two years and realized her career would be in customer service and public relations. Susan worked for Steak and Ale for 8 years and then moved over Epping Forest and has been here since 1999. Susan enjoys water sports, especially jet skiing and doing outdoor activities. Susan also loves working with people and ensuring they have the best experience possible.
