Epping Forest boasts some of the finest sailors in Northeast Florida. Our talented Member-sailors not only lay claim to local trophies, but also place in both national and international regatta championships. Our tradition stems from Alfred I. duPont's love of yachting and annual events include the prestigious duPont Cup Regatta each spring, the Jessie Ball Regatta for women sailors each summer and the Kings Day Regatta each fall, all hosted by Epping Forest Yacht Club. See the Marina Calendar for listing of all scheduled Sail Fleet events.

Fleet Meetings

The duPont Trophy
Continuing the yachting tradition of Alfred I. duPont, the duPont tropy was re-established in 2000 with the re-surfacing of the treasured duPont trophy cup, a prestigious award instituted in 1936 by Alfred I. duPont's widow, Jessie Ball.
