Discover what countless celebrities and athletes already have. By practicing Pilates, you can create longer, leaner muscles while improving balance and coordination and aligning posture.

Pilates matwork combines a series of stretching and strengthening moves that build your core or "powerhouse" (abdominals, low back, hips, and glutes) and strengthen your body without creating bulk. Every exercise in Pilates focuses on the connection between mind and body, coordinating the breath while engaging the muscles of the powerhouse to execute the moves. The muscles are strengthened and elongated throughout the entire muscle belly. Pilates is ideal for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.

The Fitness Center offers 2 options:

  • Private Mat and Reformer sessions
  • Group Classes (See class descriptions, class days and times on the Group Exercise schedule)
