2011-2012

The Club Committees serve as an organized means of gathering feedback from Club members, discussing issues relevant to each committee and making recommendations to Club management and the Board of Governors. Each Committee Chairperson must be an active Board Member and will communicate their committee’s monthly activity to the Board.

Club Officers share Committee oversight responsibilities as follows. This process provides exposure for Club Officers as they serve in progressive leadership roles.

• Commodore oversees the Membership Committee
• Vice Commodore oversees the House, Speaker and Nominating Committees
• Rear Commodore oversees the Marina-Fleet, Fitness, Swimming and Tennis
