Members can enjoy a variety of Group Exercise classes at Epping Forest Yacht Club. Many different levels of classes are offered such as Body Sculpting, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Spinning and Yoga. Group Exercise rooms and equipment including stereos, microphones and cycles are limited to member use only during Group Exercise classes or accompanied by an EFYC Personal Trainer.
